DraftKings Main Slate for Week 8 - Tight End (TE)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs ATL:
Cade Otton - $3500
With the injuries to the #Buccaneers' WRs, Cade Otton benefited with 21 points last week. He's had a floor of 7 points in the previous five weeks, including 10+ in three weeks. The #Falcons allowed 7+ points since Week 3, including 10+ in two weeks. With a low price tag of 3.5k and a 14-point mark, it's hard not to see this paying the bills. #Buccaneers

Cleveland Browns vs BAL:
David Njoku - $5100
As promoted last week, David Njoku delivered 23 points vs. the #Bengals. He arrives against the #Ravens, who allowed 10+ to TEs in the previous two weeks (Ertz & Otton) and two 15+ games earlier this season against Bowers & Ferguson. Njoku has a decent historical floor vs. Baltimore, landing 10+ points in seven of eleven games since 2017 and most recently scoring 10 & 11 points in 2023. While it's short of his mark of 20 points, it does provide the comfort of a likely floor and with an upside in the name of Jameis. Fairly priced. #Browns

Philadelphia Eagles vs CIN:
Grant Calcaterra - $3200
Cheap TEs are excellent to build around, but Grant Calcaterra leaves much to be desired, as he hit 1.5 points last week after offering some hope with the 10 points he provided in the previous week. He snapped 71% last week, so he'll have a shot at his 12-point mark against the #Bengals, who allowed 23 points to Njoku last week and Kolar & Likely to hit floors of 15 & 16 points. The rest of the numbers are 8 points or fewer, so while Calcaterra lands more likely in that range, there are a few anomalies if you need a cheap dart. #Eagles

Baltimore Ravens vs CLE:
Isaiah Likely - $4300
Mark Andrews - $4000
The matchup against the #Browns doesn't promote much production to TEs, only allowing 10 points to Calcaterra in Week 6 and 9 points or fewer the rest of the way. Mark Andrews has thrived recently, scoring 20 & 15 points and has a history of splashes against the #Browns, scoring 22+ in four games since 2019, including one last season for 25 points. His snap count is 53% compared to Likely's 65% in the previous three games. Likely has slowed down with only 16 points in Week 5 and 4 or fewer points in four of the last five games. With the options at TE, it will be hard to chase either of these two, but they are listed because Zay Flowers is a game-time decision, which should open things up more for both of them if he doesn't play. #Ravens

Houston Texans vs IND:
Dalton Schultz - $4100
It's hard to continue to promote Dalton Schultz, as all the numbers are there, except the production. His snap count is 85% on the season, and his matchups have been solid, but he hasn't produced more than 7 points in the last five weeks. His price asks for a fair 16-point mark, but it seems like a longshot, even though the numbers against the #Colts should make it a layup. They allowed 22 points last week and 12+ in four previous five games. It's hard to see the glaring opportunity here but not be excited to jump after it. Move at your own risk, but the numbers are there. #Texans

Green Bay Packers vs JAX:
Tucker Kraft - $4600
Tucker Kraft is having a solid season, producing 12+ in four of the last five weeks, including 18 & 24 points against MIN & LAR. His price has remained decent through this stretch, asking for 18 points vs. the #Jaguars this week. Jacksonville is the second-worst team against TEs over the last three weeks, allowing +7.97 points over their 25th-worst season average. In those three weeks, JAX allowed 11 to Mo Alie-Cox, 24 to Kmet, and 17 to Hunter Henry. That floor presents likely with his mark only at the mercy of the other #Packers' WRs. Solid play. #Packers

Las Vegas Raiders vs KC:
Brock Bowers - $6100
Not only is he the best TE this year, but Brock Bowers has the best matchup by the numbers vs. the #Chiefs. He's the #Raiders' leading receiver, and he may seem priced highly for the TE position, but as a flex, he's a solid deal for a 24-point mark. He's landed 23, 16, & 19 over the last three weeks. KC allowed 15 points to Kittle the previous week, 17 to the #Saints' TEs, 16 to Gesicki, and 29 to Isaiah Likely. #Raiders

New Orleans Saints vs LAC:
Taysom Hill - $3900
With all of the opportunities at TE this week, Taysom Hill will be the thorn, as the #Saints need help, which may also include utilizing him at QB. We know the splashes Taysom can make, so this isn't about the production the #Chargers allowed to TEs. To add to the mix, Alvin Kamara ended the week as a limited participant while Taysom practiced in full. It's hard to pass on the 3.9k price and 15-point mark. #Saints

Buffalo Bills vs SEA:
Dalton Kincaid - $4900
Dalton Kincaid has been lingering around with an 8-point floor and 13-point ceiling in four of his last five games, with 5 points as the outlier. He faces the #Seahawks, who allowed 13 & 22 points in the previous two weeks to Pitts & Kittle. His mark of 19 points isn't a layup, but a floor of 10 or better should arrive, with the game script or the end zone taking care of the rest. He's a solid play, but the upside presents a reach. #Bills

Atlanta Falcons vs TB:
Kyle Pitts - $4400
Kyle Pitts found a floor of 10 in the last three weeks, starting with his 15 points against the #Buccaneers he faces this week. The commitment to Pitts seems glaring, which makes his 17-point mark present reachable. Additionally, Tampa Bay has allowed 13+ to TEs in three of the last four weeks, with the #Saints being the outlier, but both TEs combined for 14 points. That floor presents, as Pitts is priced to buy. #Falcons

Chicago Bears vs WAS:
Cole Kmet - $4700
Cole Kmet arrives again...@str8cashhomie21 (This is an inside joke, but in most cases, when I promote Cole Kmet...he hits.) He landed 24+ in half the last four games while finding 6 & 8 as his outliers. The #Commanders are 11th against TEs on the season, but in the previous three weeks, they are 25th, allowing +6.42 more than average. In that span, they've allowed a floor of 11+ points (Jordan Akins & JaTavion Sanders) and 15 points as the ceiling (Andrews). Darts away. #Bears
