DraftKings Main Slate for Week 15 - Defense/Special Teams (DST)

The #Cowboys were a top defense last year and showed glimmers of that in two of the three previous games, scoring 17 and 22 points. The matchup against the #Panthers would have been good if we had been in Week 8 or earlier. Since then, Carolina has limited defenses to 4 points or fewer. I felt better when I first clicked this, but now I see them as a decent option if you're stuck below 3k. #Cowboys

The #Chiefs have a solid defense, but it hasn't translated in fantasy, scoring 6 points or fewer in the last five games. Next up is the Jameis effect and the #Browns, who allowed 7+ points in the last three games, 10+ points in the last two games, and 10+ points in seven games this season. #Chiefs

The #Broncos have scored 10, 13, and 20 points in the last three weeks. The #Colts haven't allowed 7 points or fewer in the previous three weeks. Something has to give here, and fortunately, Denver's defense is priced reasonably enough for a shot. It's not a bad place to fall. #Broncos

The #Jets are hard to promote but have found some success, scoring 15 points against the #Seahawks two weeks ago and 14 points against the #Texans in Week 9. Around those two scores were -1, 0, and 3 points. The volatility creates concern, even against the #Jaguars, who've allowed 8+ points in four of the last five weeks, including 10 and 13 points—an uncomfortable dart. #Jets

I'm slightly jaded from using the #Cardinals in my home league. While I still won, I'm biased from watching the thrashing the #Seahawks provided to them...and at home. Before that negative performance, Arizona scored 7, 8, 12 and 12 points. Outside of last week, it's solid production. They face the #Patriots, who have provided a high floor but low ceiling, allowing 6-9 points in the last three weeks. My bias is challenged, but they could be a decent play for a middle-of-the-pack defense. #Cardinals

The #Commanders are a little pricey for their lowly production, scoring 7 points or fewer in the last five games. Obviously, it's due to a backup QB, which may offer a path for Washington, but it still presents a little high for their production, even in games they should've hit. I welcome them if they land there, but it's not something I anticipate chasing. That aside, just remember defenses are hard to predict, as you're looking for the endzone. #Commanders

The #Ravens' Defense is a shell of their previous dominance, scoring 7 points or fewer in the last three games. They should be popular against the #Giants, who allowed 9+ points in the last four weeks, including 10, 17, and 10. They've allowed 10+ points in seven games this season. They are likely worth the chase. #Ravens

By the numbers, the #Bengals' Defense lands the best matchup against the #Titans, who allowed 7+ points since Week 7, except against the #Patriots in Week 9, including 11+ points in four games. While the #Bengals have concerns, they've delivered 8+ points in three of the last five games, including the last two. #Bengals
